How do I hide team members from the event Attendance List and/or Roster?
If you are a team administrator, you have complete control over which team members show up in the Attendance List for your team's events, as well as which team members show up on the Roster for your team. These settings are managed with the team member types that are setup for your team.

To show or hide team members from the Attendance List and/or Roster page:
  • Sign in to your account and go to the Roster for a team where you are a team administrator
  • Click Manage team member types in the Roster Summary section of the Roster page
  • Select a team member type from the list shown
  • Select the desired option(s) for the team member type
  • Click Save

Please note that there are a couple of things to keep in mind with these features:
  • If a team member type is set to be hidden from the Attendance List, any team members associated with that type will still show on the attendance list if they have an RSVP status present (i.e., if any RSVP status has been set for the team member).
  • If you are a team administrator viewing your roster, you will see all of your team members regardless of the setting applied to any team member types.
